Mary C. Talaga, R.Ph., Ph.D., is an Area Pharmacy Director for Kaiser Permanente. She holds a BS in Pharmacy and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development. She has been a pharmacist for 27 years with specialization in psychiatric pharmacy.
John H. O'Neal, M.D., is an associate clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California at Davis School of Medicine and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
