Christopher G. Fairburn, D.M., FRCPsych, is Wellcome Trust Senior Lecturer and Honorary Clinical Reader in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Oxford. The author of OVERCOMING BINGE EATING, he is a well-known international authority on eating disorders, with research programs in Britain and the United States.

G. Terence Wilson, Ph.D., is the Oscar K. Buros Professor of Psychology at Rutgers University and a practicing clinical psychologist. He has coauthored a number of books and published numerous papers on the treatment of obesity and eating disorders. He served as a member of the American Psychiatric Association's Work Group that developed the diagnostic criteria for eating disorders in DSM-IV.
